Position SummaryIf the idea of speaking to customers and addressing their Lottery machine service break‑fix, installation and preventative maintenance needs appeals to you then we’d love to hear from you at Scientific Games. We are hiring field service professionals, no lottery industry experience required. ResponsibilitiesYou’ll spend your days caring for customer needs, resolving equipment and communication concerns, performing new installations and preventative maintenance, and recommending services to keep customers selling lottery tickets. You’ll be part of a customer‑service‑focused team that meets weekly service goals.

Education: High school diploma or equivalency.
Requirements:
- Understanding of and experience with troubleshooting computer software and hardware technologies
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with proven technical and customer satisfaction skills
- Prompt response to customer/management requests and feedback
- Self‑starter with motivation and ability
- Strong organization and time‑management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Strong judgment and problem‑solving skills to determine cost effective repair/resolution and minimize customer downtime
- Ability to prepare and analyze reports to identify product failure trends and service issues
- Ability to lift, install and move large self‑service equipment (occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds)
- Occasional ladder climbing
- Pass background check and a clean driving record (no more than three speeding tickets in the last five years)
The physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, bending, using hands, operating a computer, and specific vision abilities. Employees must frequently lift/move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Field, production or warehouse positions require approved personal protective equipment.
