Lakeview Village is a continuing care retirement community. We have an opening for a Floor Technician to work PRN.
Lakeview's Floor Technician is to maintain assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly, attractive manner in accordance with established procedures, and as directed in order to ensure the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained at all times.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Receive and follow cleaning schedule/instructions from your supervisor.
* Ensure that work/cleaning schedules are followed as outlined for respective areas.
* Pick up and dispose of certain trash every morning and afternoon
* Dust-mop assigned areas
* Learn to operate FM20 buffer.
* Be responsible for room strip and waxing needs.
* Buff rooms as needed.
* Sweep, wet-mop and dining areas after meals.
* Be willing and able to learn how to strip and wax floors.
* Come in twice a year overnight to strip and waxing hallway floors
* Report all unsafe/hazardous conditions, defective equipment, etc. to your supervisor.
* Assist with delivery of incoming shipping orders and supplies
* Maintain stock in each utility closet for housekeeping supplies
* Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Handles stress well, gets along with others in the workplace, maintains acceptable standards of conduct.
* Adheres to all safety regulations and requirements.
* Completes trainings as required by policy.

* Performs other duties as assigned.
