Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leader in building maintenance and facilities management, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the facilities support team, ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of the building systems. Maintenance Technician

$24 -$26/hr

6:30am-3:00pm, Monday through Friday

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems efficiently and effectively.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
• Inspect the building and premises for safety hazards and perform maintenance to eliminate risks.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.

• 3-5 years of building maintenance experience or related field expertise.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools proficiently.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose issues independently.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
