Job DescriptionOddo Development’s focus on residents, employees, and community creates a unique and defining company culture making us a leader in the industrial, commercial, residential and multifamily verticals.
Responsibilities- Paint interiors and exteriors of the apartment community and vacant apartments.
- Ensure service requests are completed timely and in accordance with company standards.
- Assist in preparing vacant units for rent‑ready conditions.
- Make drywall repairs when necessary.
- Maintain the required uniform and ensure a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Provide highest quality of customer service to residents and guests.
- Maintain a professional courteous manner with all supplier partners, residents, and employees.
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures and state and federal laws regarding fair housing, OSHA, and ADA.
- Operate within safety policies at all times.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must meet all physical requirements.
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on call as needed and snow removal during the winter season.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and the risk of electrical shock. There will be a frequent need to work in awkward and confining positions.
Physical DemandsConstant need to stand on feet, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, push or pull, reach above shoulder level, climb ladders, and use hand and finger dexterity to handle tools and equipment. The employee must be physically fit to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Pay Range$18.00 – $24.00 per hour
