LACOSTA seeks a dedicated Sanitation Worker – Trash Route Specialist to collect, transport, and dispose of waste and recyclable materials across assigned client locations. The role maintains clean, safe operations by completing waste collection services in accordance with company policies, safety regulations, and client expectations.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality service while representing LACOSTA with professionalism.

• Monday to Friday, 40hrs/week
• Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

• Paid weekly (every Friday)
• $16.00/hr

• Collect, remove, and dispose of trash and recycling materials.
• Maintain cleanliness of trash rooms, dumpsters, and surrounding areas.
• Adhere to safety policies, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
• Work environment is a climate‑controlled warehouse.

• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Physical requirements:
  
  walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 50 lbs independently.
• Wear LACOSTA provided uniform and PPE, and steel‑toed shoes or boots.
• Remove all jewelry and accessories.
