We believe great cleaners should be rewarded for great work! Our pay structure includes Quarterly Performance Pay, giving you the opportunity to earn more based on your performance, reliability, efficiency, and how well you represent our core values.

• Starting pay: $17/hour
• Earn up to an additional $3/hour through quarterly performance raises
• Top performers can earn up to $20/hour
• $13.50 travel bonus for every additional home you clean after your first home of the day
