Job Overview
Position:
Forklift Driver at Hubbell Lenoir City, TN.
Work schedule:
10 hours daily, 5 AM–3:30 PM Monday–Thursday, with mandatory overtime Fridays and Saturdays as needed. Compensation: $19.00 per hour plus $1,000 retention bonus after 90 days. Benefits:
Medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) plan, 4% profit sharing, paid vacation. All candidates must pass background check and drug screening.
- Possess prior forklift operating experience
- Conduct inspections on the forklift to ensure it is functioning correctly
- Be capable of performing Bin Filling tasks
- Retrieve customer orders
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Possess strong communication skills
- Be physically able to lift and inspect products manually when a hoist is not required
- Strong communication skills: articulate ideas, listen, convey information to foster collaboration.
- Teamwork: cooperate with colleagues, support them, engage in group projects.
- Good attendance: reliability, punctuality, professionalism.
- Willingness to learn: seek professional development, embrace new skills.
