Nuuly Lead Technician

URBN - 2401 Green Lane - Responsibilities:
Spearheaded a team of support technicians in daily tasks, ensuring the organized upkeep of common areas throughout the warehouse, perimeter of campus buildings, smoker’s areas, landscaping, and trash and cardboard dumpster zones.;
Collaborate with Operational Leaders to schedule downtime for specific areas, ensuring coordination with Facilities Support for cleaning and maintenance tasks.;
Engage Maintenance Supervisor as needed for Campus Project Coordination and Spare Parts Inventory.;
Monitor the daily performance of production and/or facilities equipment, providing assistance and consultation to subordinates regarding cleaning issues and maintenance technical support needs as required.;
Provide comprehensive training and instruction to subordinates according to SOPs and related documents, ensuring proficiency in maintenance and equipment operation as well as other job functions within assigned areas, under the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager.
