Join us as a Painter. This position is responsible for completing all painting duties, providing a clean andਜ attractive finished product in a ROM reasonable period of time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs all work in a safe and clean manner
• Prepares all surfaces for painting
• Paints entire units or touch-ups as directed; protecting carpets, countertops, windows, etc.
• Assist with inventory control
• Maintains tools and equipment in clean, proper working order
• Assist with any emergency
• Conducts all business in accordance with Company policies and procedures, OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing Act, DE Landlord/Tenant Code, and other federal and state laws
• Maintुवा a clean and professional appearance

Additional Responsibilities

• On-call duties required
• Occasional Overtime

Education/Experience

• 1-5 years experience with interior painting
• Valid Drivers License
• General Carpentry experience in making repairs

Competencies

• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Teamplayer
• Can take direction

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs up and down stairs
• Frequent climbing
