Technical Service Representative

Seeking a hands‑on Technical Service Representative to support Pulp & Paper, surface treatment, and industrial customers in the Lewiston, Idaho region. This is a field‑based technical role focused on delivering on‑site service, troubleshooting, and customer retention through strong mechanical aptitude and chemical application support.

• Provide on‑site technical service and product application support
• Perform equipment repair, installation, and replacements
• Conduct chemical testing and optimize dosage/setpoints
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper system performance
• Document findings and enter service data into CRM/analytics systems
• Conduct service audits and make process improvement recommendations
• Support multiple accounts across a defined geography

• 2+ years of mechanical, chemical, or industrial experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude (electrical and pipe fitting preferred)
• Comfortable performing hands‑on troubleshooting and testing
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft tools
• Able to work independently with strong time management
• Must reside in the Lewiston, n
• Willing to travel up to 25% (occasional overnight)
