Rogers Motors in Lewiston, Idaho offers full‑time and part‑time custodian positions supporting our Toyota, Subaru, and Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram dealerships. The role has a flexible Sunday through Friday schedule and requires a hands‑on, customer‑focused approach to maintain high standards of cleanliness across all dealership facilities.

• Daily hands‑on cleaning of facilities, including offices, departments, seating areas, washrooms, meeting rooms and all public spaces.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties: sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum floors; gather and empty trash; scrub, sanitize and supply restroom facilities; dust furniture, walls, equipment; clean windows, mirrors, partitions and fixtures.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct; follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power machinery.
• Maintain all cleaning equipment and communicate with Operations Manager for repair or replacement.
• Be self‑motivated to accomplish cleaning goals with strong responsibility.
• Must be flexible with working nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Valid Driver’s License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills.

• Prior facilities cleaning experience.
• Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures.
• Experience handling, mixing, and using cleaning chemicals.
• Experience with cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and cleaning solutions.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules.

The custodian works throughout all areas of the dealerships, both indoors and outdoors, standing, walking and bending to clean. Occasional use of a ladder is required. Cleaning and mopping floors demands physical stamina with repetitive motions. Must be able to lift 35 lb. for garbage and empty mop buckets.
