Maintenance Technician
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives that help maximize production uptime. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to develop technical skills while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment alongside a collaborative team.
Schedule: 2-2-3 Work Schedule | 5:45pm - 6am
What You'll Do- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, bottling lines, facility systems, and grounds to maximize equipment uptime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, complete repairs, and communicate equipment concerns to maintenance leadership.
- Support continuous improvement, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of maintenance, manufacturing, warehouse, or other relevant industrial experience in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Completion of a technical school program, apprenticeship, or associate degree in a related field.
- Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, including electrical systems, PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred), or industrial controls.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment, climb ladders and stairs, and safely operate industrial equipment.

The hourly range for this role is $30.14 - $45.22.
