Automotive Technician MSI

Harpswell Auto Sales in Lewiston is expanding! We operate a busy, fast-paced service department with 4 bays and 4 full-time technicians
, and we're looking to add a motivated, reliable team member to support our growing operation. This individual must be able to work in a high pace environment and have a positive attitude. We offer hourly pay with time and a half above 40 hours.

Our technicians stay consistently busy, with plenty of work every week as we process 30-40 vehicles for retail prep and continue supporting customers throughout the Lewiston/Auburn area. This is a full-time position, typically 45-55 hours per week
, within the following shop hours:

• Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• 5 Day work week per technician*

• PTO:
• 1st Year: 72 Hours
• 1-5 Years: 112 Hours
• 5+ Years: 152 Hours

• Maine State Inspection License (strongly preferred)
• Prior experience in an automotive service environment is a plus

• Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles independently
• Team player
• Knowledge and adherence to safety and environmental standards
• Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, diagnostic equipment, etc
• High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical Degree a definite plus.
• Experience in preventive maintenance
• ASE Certification a plus
