OverviewAs a Facilities Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetics of the company facilities while providing support to various departments. Duties include general housekeeping, assisting with vehicle fleet management, preparing meeting and training rooms, and performing minor maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will be dependable, flexible, and possess a valid driver’s license with experience operating pick‑up trucks and towing trailers.
Occasional weekend work and overnight travel may be required.
- Making deliveries and running errands in a company vehicle.
- Assisting the Fleet Coordinator with delivering, picking up, and maintaining vehicles; occasional overnight travel to deliver or retrieve a company vehicle.
- Driving pick‑up trucks (F150 & F250) and towing small utility trailers.
- Adjusting to flexible schedule for early meetings and late events as needed.
- General housekeeping inside and outside the facility.
- Preparing conference rooms daily and between meetings, including straightening and stocking.
- Setting up and tearing down training rooms for meetings, including chairs, tables, and retractable walls.
- Setting up and tearing down all food deliveries and pickups for meetings, training, and conferences.
- Assisting with gathering and preparing supplies for company‑related events, including delivery when required.
- Performing general building maintenance, such as minor plumbing, light‑bulb replacement, installing decorations and equipment, touch‑up painting, and other minor upkeep.
Basic
- Proven experience in a facilities maintenance or similar role.
- Experience driving pick‑up trucks (F150 & F250) and towing small utility trailers.
- General housekeeping and maintenance skills.
- Ability to perform minor plumbing, light‑bulb replacement, touch‑up painting, and other minor maintenance tasks.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work occasional weekends and overnight travel as required.
- Flexibility to adjust work hours for early meetings and late events.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving heavy objects, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
Preferred
- General housekeeping and maintenance experience.
- Experience setting up and tearing down meeting and training rooms.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physical requirements may involve moderate noise, occasional outdoor weather exposure, and operations at heights or around airborne particles and electrical components. Activities may include standing, walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, as well as hand and arm use and voice communication.
