Coordinate with General Manager/Assistant General Manager on maintenance needs;
Oversee or perform maintenance on pool/spa/steam/sauna including chemical balances, draining, and servicing;
Procure repair parts, materials, tools, and equipment;
Perform routine preventative maintenance and maintain related logs/history files
