As a Maintenance Associate, you will support members by maintaining a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. Your duty is to keep the facility safe, clean, and welcoming for every guest and associate while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Maintain safety of the facility by performing safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Clean all areas of the facility—including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles—using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of Company‑approved chemicals and supplies, rotating and storing them properly, and place orders when supplies are low.

Hourly wage range: $16.00 to $24.00*.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid at rates ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
