Kaizen Lab Inc. seeks a Maintenance Lead for an on-site apartment community. You will oversee a small maintenance team, drive hands-on repairs, mentor staff, and ensure safety and quality in daily operations at the Denton/Dallas area site.
You will manage unit turns, respond to on-call emergencies, preserve records of work and parts, and coordinate with vendors to keep the property in top condition. HVAC cert is required, with strong communication and organizational skills necessary.
