Towne Place Suites by Marriott Dallas Lewisville is looking for a dedicated and resourceful Maintenance team member to help keep our hotel running smoothly and ensure our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. Located in Lewisville, TX, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service in a welcoming and friendly environment.

As a Maintenance team member, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the functionality and appearance of our hotel. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the property is in top condition.
• Troubleshooting and repairing minor issues with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and other hotel equipment.
• Conducting regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
• Assisting with general upkeep, including painting, carpentry, and landscaping as needed.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and team members.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone on the property.

We’re seeking individuals who are reliable, proactive, and eager to contribute to our team. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) is a plus but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
