Correct and repair minor plumbing, to include flush valve, drain stoppage, faucet repairs and shower valve repairs;
Correct med gas valve leaks by rebuilding front bodies as required;
Correct and repair minor electrical problems such as replaces ballasts, receptacle and light switches;
Perform all general maintenance assignments as required;
Complete inspections according to established procedures completing log sheets, checklists and PM sheets as required;
Complete required documentation.
