Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2 years prior multifamily maintenance experience required.
  • Strong HVAC experience required. EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required.
  • Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other building systems. Swimming pool maintenance experience and CPO a plus.
  • Availability for after-hours calls.
  • Basic tools and reliable transportation required.
  • Effective communication skills with residents, employees, and vendors.
  • Ability to work outdoors and walk the property regularly in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities
  • Oversight and maintenance of all buildings, grounds, and amenities.
  • Maintain a safe and clean workspace, adhering to safety standards.
  • Complete service requests and prepare units for new residents.
  • Prompt response to repair requests, including after‑hours emergencies.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and managing service, custodial, or grounds personnel.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
  • Assist in inventory management and adhere to maintenance budget.
  • Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA standards, and Fair Housing regulations.
