Hartland Park Health and Rehabilitation is looking for a dependable, motivated Maintenance Assistant to join our team and help keep our facility safe, clean, and operating smoothly for our residents and staff.
Position SummaryThe Maintenance Assistant supports the overall upkeep of the building and grounds. This role helps ensure a safe, comfortable environment by assisting with repairs, preventative maintenance, and daily facility needs.

- Assisting with routine building maintenance and repairs
- Supporting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and equipment upkeep
- Performing preventative maintenance tasks
- Helping maintain clean and safe outdoor areas
- Responding to work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with the Maintenance Director and facility team
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of building systems and repair techniques
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Positive attitude and dedication to resident safety and comfort
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
