Seeing how overhead fans cooled California dairy cows begged a massive question for our founder.

“Can a fan be made to revolutionize comfort for people?” he uttered.

That’s when the HVLS Fan Company was born—with the first‑ever patented high‑volume, low‑speed fan. But that name? BOR‑ing. And customers knew it. We kept getting calls asking, “Are you the guys who make those big ass fans?” Hell yeah, we are. And Big Ass Fans was born, complete with our own cheeky donkey mascot, Fanny. Today, we don’t just move air, we transform experiences.

At Big Ass Fans, we take great pride in maintaining some of the cleanest facilities in Kentucky, and we are seeking a Clean Living Associate to join the team! As a company, we are on a mission to make the world safer, healthier, and more productive, and that starts with our employees. Now more than ever, when cleanliness directly impacts the health and safety of our incredible team, we’re looking for someone who demonstrates passion and ownership in everything they do.

• Clean and maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Collect and dispose of trash throughout the facility.
• Clean, service, and restock restrooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of break areas, coffee bars, and meeting rooms, ensuring supplies are fully stocked.
• Prepare and properly use cleaning solutions and equipment according to established procedures.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Perform floor care tasks such as stripping, sealing, finishing, and polishing.
• Monitor building conditions and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Order and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to read and follow cleaning procedures and checklists effectively
• Self‑motivated with a strong sense of initiative
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
