No experience? We provide paid training and teach you everything you need to know.
Pay Structure
Paid Training: $15.00 per hour for a minimum of 3 days
Cleaning Partner Pay Progression:
- Start: $17.00/hr
- After 30 days: $17.50/hr
- After 60 days: $18.00/hr
- After 90 days: $19.00/hr
Team Lead Pay Progression:
- Start: $19.00/hr
- After 30 days: $19.50/hr
- After 60 days: $20.00/hr
- After 90 days: $21.00/hr
Tips and bonuses can increase your weekly pay

What You'll Do
- Clean homes using our proven Molly Maid cleaning system
- Work as part of a two-person team
- Deliver excellent service and attention to detail
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Help maintain equipment and supplies
Team Leads (drivers) will also:
- Drive the company vehicle safely
- Manage the daily route
- Ensure supplies and equipment are ready for the team

Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Pass a background check
- Able to mop, vacuum, dust, and perform physical cleaning work
- Available Monday–Friday (8am–5pm)
- Valid driver's license preferred (required for Team Leads)
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
