Service Supervisor
Continental Properties is looking for a motivated and empowered Service Supervisor at our beautiful Springs at Polo Club residential apartment community in Lexington, KY.
Our supervisors are instrumental in maintaining facility operations, creating new efficiencies and developing standards that have a positive impact on resident renewals and customer satisfaction. You will foster a collaborative work environment and encourage the maintenance team to provide great customer service. You will report to our Community Manager.
Position Specifics:
- Full-Time
- Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
- Additional earning potential through position-specific performance incentives
Essential Responsibilities:

Skills for Success:
- Brings 2+ years of experience in a multifamily maintenance supervisory role with strong knowledge across HVAC, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, building exteriors, and appliances. EPA and CPO certifications required
- Flexible and reliable with a willingness to work overtime, on-call shifts, and non-traditional schedules including weekends and holidays when the community needs you
- Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role—bending, lifting up to 100 lbs independently (up to 250 lbs with assistance), and comfortable using technology like computers, tablets, and phones to stay connected and get the job done
