As a Custodian I, you will be at the forefront of creating a positive impression for visitors, staff, and clients by delivering exceptional custodial services with enthusiasm and attention to detail.

This is a temp to permanent hire opportunity.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across various areas of the facility.
• Conduct detailed floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces.
• Handle janitorial responsibilities with efficiency, ensuring restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas are spotless and well‑stocked.
• Assist with custodial maintenance tasks like window cleaning, surface sanitation, and minor repairs to uphold facility standards.
• Support industrial cleaning projects when needed, including cleaning large equipment or specialized areas requiring deep cleaning techniques.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when stock levels are low to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to promote a secure working environment for yourself and others.

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures including buffing and polishing, and general facilities maintenance.
• Experience with industrial cleaning methods and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely.
• Familiarity with residential painting or light maintenance work can be advantageous but is not required.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Reliable team player with good communication skills who takes pride in delivering quality custodial services.
• This is a full‑time position requiring regular, punctual attendance on‑site. Regular schedules may include eight (8) or ten (10) hour shifts, working weekends, holidays, mornings, and/or evenings. Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments, as well as throughout the airport owned and operated buildings. These environments involve work in high precarious places, risk of electrical shock, and extremes of temperature and weather conditions.
  
  This position is subject to occasional exposure to blood borne pathogens and bodily fluids. During special projects, this position may require you to work extended or additional shifts. This position may be required to work during weather emergencies, inside and outside.

  Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments in low temperatures.
