Hendricks Commercial Properties is seeking a Facilities Technician II to perform maintenance on assigned properties and keep them safe and aesthetically pleasing. You will respond to maintenance calls and drive successful outcomes for the communities we serve.
The role requires 1–2 years in facilities maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication with tenants, contractors, and management. A high school diploma is required;
Yardi software experience is a plus.
