Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Facilities Technician II to perform maintenance on assigned properties, ensuring safety and aesthetic standards are met. You will respond to maintenance calls, manage tenant work orders, and coordinate with tenants and management to resolve issues.
The role requires 1–2 years of facilities maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and HVAC/electrical/plumbing certifications. Yardi software experience is a plus.
