Maintenance Technician

Performs ongoing maintenance of Bank's facilities as well as repair work such as electrical, plumbing, carpet repair, roof repair, drywall, painting, etc.

Education/Experience

Required:

High School diploma or GED
Three+ years' experience in building maintenance (plumbing, HVAC, etc.)

Qualifications/

Skills Required:

Ability to lift 100 pounds
Maintain a valid Kentucky driver's license
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Able to work without direct supervision
Customer-oriented
Logical problem-solving ability

Essential

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Delivers office supplies to banking centers.

Completes duties according to preventive maintenance schedules (e.g. lubricates door locks and hinges, check rooftop fans for proper operation.)

Performs repairs to interior and exterior of facilities.

Completes written report of daily activities and work accomplished.

Operates small gasoline engines.

Performs other duties as assigned.
