High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Clean and sanitize warehouse floors, work areas, break rooms, restrooms, and other facility areas. Sweep, mop, scrub, and remove debris from warehouse and production areas. Clean spills promptly and safely, including beverage and product-related spills. Empty trash and recycling containers, following proper waste disposal procedures. Clean and sanitize equipment, work surfaces, and racks as required. Maintain sanitation standards in areas where alcoholic beverages are stored, packaged, or handled.

Report damaged product, leaks, spills, or safety hazards to management. Keep aisles, walkways, and work areas free of debris and obstructions to maintain a safe environment.

Previous warehouse, janitorial, sanitation, or industrial cleaning experience preferred. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment where alcoholic beverages are stored and handled. Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance required. Ability to follow all chemical handling, labeling, and PPE requirements. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods. Ability to safely lift and carry cleaning supplies and materials.

Ability to perform frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift. Comfortable working safely around warehouse equipment, pallets, forklifts, and stored products.

What You Will Do As a Sanitation Associate you will clean and maintain assigned work areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, emptying waste containers, restocking supplies, and performing routine facility upkeep. You will help maintain safe, organized, and sanitary environments while following established cleaning procedures and workplace safety standards. A Sanitation Associate maintains the cleanliness and appearance of facilities through routine cleaning, sanitation, and general custodial services.

This role requires consistency, reliability, and a commitment to providing safe environments for others. The Sanitation Associate supports building operations by helping maintain clean work spaces, common areas, and facility equipment while following established cleaning procedures.
