Search Masters is seeking a maintenance leader to direct a team of 1 supervisor and 6 technicians across two shifts in a heavy manufacturing facility in Kentucky. This role focuses on maintaining plant uptime and leading maintenance initiatives.
You will drive uptime through proactive maintenance strategies, oversee capital improvement projects from planning through execution, and coordinate with outside contractors for facilities and grounds maintenance. Strong engineering background preferred.
