ROLE OVERVIEW:
What you'll do to drive success

When you join us as a Heavy Duty Service Advisor, your personal and professional goals will be fueled by a friendly and collaborative team environment. Together, we'll help keep our guests safe on the road by providing top-tier customer service, while performing preventative maintenance services for their heavy duty trucks and vehicles.

Through a combination of our award-winning training program and your own experience, you will be prepared to:

• Liaison between customers and the automotive technicians, informing guests on repair and maintenance needs
• Schedule, confirm, and prepare for appointments with guests to expedite their service experience
• Work with preferred vendors to source parts needed for service orders and control the inventory
• Run Diagnostic tests on heavy duty trucks to perform proper repair/maintenance
• Perform preventative maintenance on heavy duty trucks and trailers and perform annual inspections as needed
• Assist in training new employees as needed
• Pickup/deliver customer vehicles and/or parts

QUALIFICATIONS:

What you'll need to keep moving forward

From day one, you'll get hands-on training and support to thrive as a Heavy Duty Service Advisor. All you need to do is bring your positive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for learning—and we'll help you every step of the way.

We seek team members with:

• High School Diploma or GED
• A valid driver's license
• Minimum of 2 years experience in heavy duty maintenance is preferred
• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don't work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking

We expect you can:

• Use various automotive mechanical tools
• Understand all major heavy-duty systems and different vehicle makes
• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Grip 25-40 pounds of force
• Work near moving equipment, and in an area with limited access
• Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
• Be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
