DescriptionWe are seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to support the overall upkeep, organization, and appearance of our manufacturing facility. This is a hands‑on role focused on facility improvements, small repairs, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment across the plant.
This position plays a key role in ensuring our facility operates efficiently and reflects the high standards we expect across our operations.
What You’ll Do- Perform general facility maintenance and repairs (doors, walls, lighting, fixtures, etc.)
- Complete painting, patching, and minor carpentry or plumbing work
- Identify and address facility issues proactively through routine walkthroughs
- Help reduce clutter and improve organization and visual standards across the plant
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas during and after projects
- Support safety initiatives by ensuring walkways, storage areas, and work spaces are well‑maintained
- Assist with preventative maintenance tasks related to the facility
- Partner with maintenance and operations teams as needed
- Experience in facility maintenance, general maintenance, or handyman-type work
- Ability to perform basic repairs across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and quality
- Self‑starter who can identify issues and take initiative without constant direction
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production facility
- Strong sense of ownership and pride in improving facility conditions
- Ability to spot opportunities for improvement and act on them
