We’re looking for an Order Generator and Estimator to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll serve as the central link between our builder partners, installation teams, and internal departments to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing details, solving problems, and building strong relationships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for builders. Is responsible for scheduling installations, deliveries, and quality inspections with accuracy and care.
- Coordinate daily activities with installers and drivers to align with customer needs and timelines.
- Place and track material orders to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Keep detailed, organized records and calendars to support seamless communication and workflow.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to resolution.
- Collaborate closely with teammates across departments to deliver a best-in-class experience.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain operational excellence.
- Estimating and 20/20 design
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

- Detail-oriented & strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills certain result
- 20/20 Design Program experience a plus
- Customer service must be the highest priority
- Fast learner for a fast-paced environment
- Construction (cabinetry) experience is preferred
- Ability to sit at computer monitor for extended periods throughout the day.
- Must possess the ability to stand for extended periods of time; to reach with hands and arms; to move among and between offices; to handle mail and documents; to sit, stoop, kneel and crouch; to lift and move up to 10 pounds; to see well enough to discern differences in quality of documents and files.
