Sets up and closes the kitchen for total operational functionality of the shift and the following shift;
Prepares all items on the kitchen prep list following Zaxby's training procedures;
Understands every kitchen station and follows cooking procedures to ensure safe service of high-quality food;
Maintains a clean workstation and completes the BOH checklist for the assigned area;
Washes dishes and disposes of trash to keep the kitchen ready for the next shift
