Maintenance Technician Float in Liberty Lake

Job Description

Salary: $19 - $21 DOE

Tuesday - Saturday 8:30am - 5pm

This individual will be expected to perform general maintenance tasks with minimal supervision. They will help maintain a safe environment for the guests, employees, and property. Able to perform various work orders along with preventative maintenance work orders. This position will help all Washington properties located in Spokane, Spokane Valley, Medical Lake, and Cheney.

• Turn units in a timely manner and get vacant apartments ready for new tenants to move in
• Painting
• Some electrical and plumbing work
• Repairing appliances
• Maintain the grounds
• Up-keep the curb appeal, clubhouse, amenities, and other common areas at one or more properties
• Track inventory and work order filing

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1-year experience, not required
• Able to lift, push or pull a minimum of 50 pounds individually, regularly
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and painting
• Valid driver license
• English proficiency
• Great customer service
• General understanding of Microsoft Suites
• Knowledge of environmental/industrial hazards as they apply to residential housing
