Liberty Public Schools seeks Liberty High School students to train and grow within the culinary services field. The Student Food Service Associate is a 10‑month position with the option to work during summer school.

The Student Food Service Associate is responsible for preparing and serving food items to students and/or school personnel efficiently, and for maintaining the food service facilities in safe and sanitary condition.

• Monday through Friday
• Daily shifts 1–2 hours per day between 6:00 am and 12:00 pm
• One hour before school and during flex hour, or up to two hours before school

$15.83 – $19.87 per hour (based on relevant work experience)

• Prepares and serves nutritious and attractive meals to students, staff and guests.
• Adheres to all kitchen sanitation policies and procedures, including washing dishes.
• Interacts positively with team, staff members, students and guests.
• Stocks and merchandises a la carte items.

• Position open to Liberty High School students only.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Food Handlers certificate required within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to push/pull, lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Must pass a pre‑employment background check.
