• Daily removal of litter and trash from the community grounds
• Distribute notices and flyers as needed
• Report safety issues and property damage
• Assist with snow removal and application of ice melt
• Perform light checks for building exteriors, hallways, and common areas
• Assist with quarterly preventative maintenance checks
• Assist with make ready type repairs in vacant apartments
• Assist with moving large appliances on the property
• Water flowers and trees that aren't covered by sprinklers

• Experience working on pools is preferred, but not required
• Ability to use iPad or smartphone is required
• Ability to meet physical demands including constant walking, standing, climbing stairs/ladders and lifting up to 50lbs on a frequent basis.
• Time management skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize work
• Successfully complete background and drug screening
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is required
