Service Technician

Job Title: Field Service Technician
Location: Los Angles, CA
100% Onsite / 12 Months Contract
Pay Range: $25 to $29/hr on W2

• Perform installation, maintenance, and testing of high-quality medical device systems and components in the field.
• Conduct hardware and software upgrades, handle service repair calls, and perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records and submit reports to the Quality Management System.
• Manage travel logistics efficiently and communicate effectively based on weekly schedules.
• Support regulatory compliance and company initiatives related to QMS, EMS, and other standards.

• Associates or technical degree required; relevant experience is also acceptable.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical assembly skills, with the ability to work with tools.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in diverse environments.
• Experience working in medical device or related industries is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
