Pearl Haven is a specialized facility on the north shore of Oahu that provides trauma‑informed therapeutic services for girls ages 11‑17 who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with serious emotional and behavioral disturbances to help them heal from their trauma.

Pay: Starting at $22/hour

What you will do:

• Perform general building maintenance
• Minor electrical repairs
• Minor plumbing repairs
• Maintain smoke detectors and emergency lights
• Maintain and install swamp coolers/air conditioners
• Replace floor tiles
• Repair roofing
• Grounds maintenance/irrigation if needed
• New construction projects as required

To be considered you should: Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants should be at least 21 years of age. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test. Applicants should be empathetic, patient and have a desire to work with troubled teens.

Information regarding schedule: The Maintenance Worker will work a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 am – 4:30 pm with a half‑hour break.
