Seeking a full-service custodian that can perform basic janitorial duties. Duties included dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning individual offices. Other duties include high dusting, changing out of light bulbs. Periodic stripping and waxing floors, carpet cleaning and sha mpooing.
RequirementsPhysical requirements include but are not limited to the ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs., pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, and standing.
- Ability to operate basic machinery.
- Familiar with cleaning public areas and using various cleaning products desired.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and follow instructions.
- Minimum of 1-year janitorial experience.
- Candidates will need to complete a background check
- Candidates will need to complete a drug test.
- Candidates must obtain and maintain security clearance.
