Temporary Position

Important Notice This is a temporary position. Employment in this role is contingent upon a specific staffing need and may be ended when that underlying need is resolved. This position is not guaranteed to become permanent.

Role

Summary:

As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the physical integrity of our residential property. Your primary responsibility will be to perform repairs and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure our residents' safety, comfort, and satisfaction. Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and dedication to quality workmanship will contribute to the overall success of our properties. This position reports to the Community Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Ideal Candidate:

  • You will be aware of the condition of the property at all times and take immediate steps to correct any unsafe condition.
  • Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment as directed by the Community Manager or Service Manager.
  • Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair, as directed.
  • Completes all service requests within 24 hours, unless the request requires extraordinary parts or labor.
  • Must have the ability to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers and management.
  • Maintaining the leasing office and all recreational and common area facilities.
