Position Summary

Acuren Inspection is looking for a Rope Access Technicians to support our operations in Lima, OH. Preference will be given to candidates with an NDT or mechanical trades background.
THIS WILL BE AN EMBEDDED POSITION.

• Perform specific job functions as they relate to work orders
• Be conversant with relevant work techniques
• Be able to demonstrate all the skills and knowledge required of a level 1 Rope Access Technician
• Assist other technicians as required
• Ensure operational safety of all equipment

• IRATA or SPRAT Level I Certification required including proficiency in theoretical knowledge, equipment and rigging, maneuvers, climbing and rescue/hauling
• Valid drivers’ license preferred
• Required certification levels for specific projects
• Must have industrial refinery experience
• Must have mechanical industrial experience
• Preferred individual with the NCCER certification (Trained Individual)
• Per client requirements you must pass a hair follicle going back 90-120 days, along with periodic random testing.
