RHP Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Hunters Chase community in Lima, Ohio. You will perform general grounds and home repairs, supporting 40 hours per week and ensuring homes and grounds meet safety and quality standards.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. You will handle work orders, maintain grounds, assist with snow removal, and contribute to refurbishing community-owned homes.
