Hiring Immediate! 1 Open Position Available Looking for a career where you're not stuck behind a desk?Advanced Fryer Solutions is seeking a dependable and motivated Fryer Service Technician to join our growing team serving Lima, Wapakoneta, Toledo, and surrounding areas. If you enjoy working independently, staying active, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity.
We're hiring immediately and looking to add one technician to this growing territory right away.In this route-based position, you'll travel to restaurants, universities, healthcare facilities, entertainment venues, and other commercial kitchens throughout the region. You'll perform fryer oil management, oil filtration, and preventative maintenance services that help our customers operate cleaner, safer, and more efficiently.
This position is based in the Lima/Wapakoneta area and requires travel to Toledo at least once per week. Initial training will be completed in Toledo.No industry experience? No problem. We provide paid training and all the tools needed for your success.

Requirements What You'll Do- Drive a company-provided service vehicle on an established route
- Service commercial kitchen fryers and oil management systems
- Perform fryer oil filtration and preventative fryer maintenance
- Safely remove and transport used cooking oil
- Operate specialized filtration and cleaning equipment
- Complete service documentation using company mobile applications
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Follow all company safety standards and procedures
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment in a clean, organized condition
- Must reside in or near Lima, Wapakoneta, St. Marys, Delphos, Celina, Van Wert, or surrounding communities
- Must be willing and able to travel to Toledo at least once per week
- Must be available to complete training in Toledo
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Willing to work early morning schedules
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 45 pounds
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record review
- Route service experience
- Delivery driving experience
- Restaurant or food service experience
- Commercial cleaning experience
- Equipment maintenance or technician experience
