Environmental Services Attendant

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Attendant to support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in a hospitality-focused setting. You will perform routine and deep cleaning of guest areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and surface disinfection. Responsibilities include stocking supplies, safely using cleaning chemicals and equipment, following infection-control and safety protocols, and responding to guest and client requests with courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and deep cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces
• Safely use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment according to Sodexo and OSHA standards
• Follow infection-control, sanitization, and safety protocols to maintain a healthy environment
• Remove trash, manage waste and linens, and restock supplies as needed
• Inspect areas for cleanliness, report maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Respond courteously to guest and client requests, supporting a positive customer experience
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet service and quality standards
• Follow schedules, checklists, and procedures to complete tasks efficiently and on time
• Adhere to diversity, inclusion, and respect standards in all interactions
• Participate in training and development to improve skills and support career growth at Sodexo
