Building Maintenance Technician — Lincoln, CA
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
Pay: $22–$23/hr
Status: Full Time, Long Term
Location: Lincoln, CA
About the Position
A leading manufacturing company in Lincoln is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to support daily facility operations. This is a long‑term, full‑time opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping equipment, buildings, and production environments running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general facility repairs including carpentry, painting, patching, and basic construction tasks.
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues (lighting, outlets, switches).
- Handle plumbing maintenance such as leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements.
- Support manufacturing operations with equipment checks and minor repairs.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- 1+ year of building or facility maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of general repairs, electrical basics, and plumbing.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Manufacturing environment experience is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working an early shift.
