We’re looking for a dedicated Janitor who understands that their role is about more than just cleaning—it’s about setting the stage for everything that happens inside our building. From classrooms to common areas, your work will help ensure every space reflects excellence, care, and purpose.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of a variety of cleaning tasks, keeping our facilities looking their best day in and day out. Your attention to detail and strong time management will help create a consistent, high-quality environment for staff, volunteers, and the youth we serve.
Experience is a plus—but what matters most is a strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to doing the job well.
This is more than a janitorial position.

Janitor Responsibilities- General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Clean and stock restrooms.
- Ensure doors are locked after hours.
- Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
- Notify Facility Manager of major repairs.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Notify Facility Manager when cleaning supplies are low.
Schedule is approximately 15 hours a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Janitor Requirements- Ability to manage your time efficiently.
- Work well when supervisors are not present.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
- Able to use basic cleaning equipment.
