Evening Custodian

Job Overview

Service Master PBM of Lincoln is hiring Housekeepers, Cleaners, and Janitors for Full‑time, Part‑time, Daytime, Evening, and Night shifts across multiple locations. Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required.

• Full Time Night Shift Housekeeper – 5:00pm–2:00am
• Part Time “Independent” Evening Housekeeper – 2–5 hours per night, up to 25 hours per week
• Part Time “Crew Member” Evening Housekeeper – 2–5 hours per night, up to 25 hours per week

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided products, tools, and procedures
• Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean restrooms and windows, dust surfaces
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Use proper PPE where required
• Open and lock facilities, enable or disable security system as required

• Constant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, and reaching, up to 100%
• Must be able to lift or carry up to 25 lbs
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses
• 1–2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, flexibility, and ability to work at a fast pace in a multi‑tasked environment
• Positive attitude, dependability, punctuality, and courteous behavior toward co‑workers and customers
• For some positions a valid driver’s license, insurance, and registration are required; a personal vehicle is needed for those roles
• Must be able to pass multiple background checks and provide 7‑day availability as required
