• Providing the leadership, sound judgement, and technical skills required for the ongoing and exceptional maintenance of the hotel property’s interior, exterior, and equipment.
• Responding promptly and positively to requests from guests, management and team members, completing maintenance requests as required for the comfort, well‑being, and safety of all.
• Completing daily maintenance tasks to ensure property upkeep as required by management. Ensuring that the parking lot and grounds are maintained in an attractive, safe and secure manner, and in accordance with established quality and safety standards.
• Accomplishing repairs, using a working knowledge base and experience with basic mechanical, electrical, carpentry, painting, and plumbing maintenance and repair issues, as well as a high proficiency in the responsible and safe use of tools and equipment.
• Following all Federal, State, Local and Hotel safety and sanitation regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines. Working closely with other team members, alerting management to safety and/or security issues, and attending all required training.
• Other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the hotel.
