- 6100 North 60th Street - Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on buildings, grounds, plant machinery, and equipment;
Diagnose faults and perform repairs; respond to urgent repairs on-call;
Maintain high operational readiness and safety compliance (LOTO, confined space, fall protection, electrical safety);
Document maintenance through work orders/CMMS and manage parts inventory;
Support Facility/Maintenance Manager and ensure a safe, clean, efficient facility
